Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it's placed. An order is considered dispatched when it's handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is with the courier, it's out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at novablumsuport@gmail.com. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they often have a process for this. We'll also contact them on your behalf and provide updates.

NOVABLUM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we'll do our best to help resolve the issue, including potential replacements depending on the circumstances.
