We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If, after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at novablumsuport@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the order processing stage. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We're confident our products work, and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you're still unhappy and wish to return the items, you may do so after 14 days, within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at novablumsuport@gmail.com. To expedite your return, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging to prevent shipping damage. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (dented boxes, etc.) with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To report damage, email us at novablumsuport@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. We don't refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, we're not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping-related factors. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It's your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address at checkout. If it's incorrect and we're not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you won't be entitled to a resend or refund.
